Feelings about my Progress in Card
I feel that I made a decent amount of progress this semester. Though I will admit I was very challenged by the papers we wrote I think I somewhat learned how to break down the work. Starting with the micro theme I struggled with having too much to talk about. I believe that I couldn’t add three issues like in a normal paper since, my two issues were described in a lot of detail filling up the paper. Moving into my Documentary paper I started with the wrong foot of writing about each and every scene. I wanted to pick out the most important scenes out of all of them. Thought doing so I wrote on 41 scenes, took WAY too much time, and still had a bunch of scenes picked since I thought they were important. This left me with very little time to do the rest of the paper and without noticing I completely missed the rhetorical analysis.
